  • 1 gm of turmeric
  • 1 cup of milk

Method:-

  • Heat the milk in a pan for 3-4 minutes until warm.
  • Add the turmeric, cardamom powder, and ginger and stir properly.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and allow the mixture to cook for around 1-2 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass or a cup and drink it warm.
