ACIDITY MEANING:-

  8. Medicines like NSAIDs, antibiotics, chemotherapy, and bisphosphonates.
  9. Stress.
  10. Obesity.
  11. Pregnancy, mainly during the first trimester.
  12. Processed or preserved foods.

ACIDITY TREATMENT:-

Acidity can be treated with the following agents:-

  1. Foaming agents.
  2. Proton pump inhibitors or PPIs.
  3. Prokinetics.
  4. Antacids.
  5. H2 Blockers.

Ingredients required:-

  1. Saunf
  2. Honey

Procedure:-

  • Firstly add a single teaspoon of saunf to a cup of boiled water.
  • Cover it and leave it overnight.
  • Strain the water in the morning.
  • Add one teaspoon of honey to the above mixture.
  • Consume this mixture thrice a day for proper relief.
